Detailed program, good support

I purchased the Full Body Mobility Program last month. Ordering was straightforward on their website, no issues there. The program itself is comprehensive, with clear video instructions for each exercise. I had a question about one of the movements, and their support team responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Accessing the program through the app was simple after purchase. I found the quality of the content to be high, and the exercises are challenging but manageable. It took about three days for my access to be fully set up, but after that, everything worked smoothly.

Finally moving without pain!

I can't believe the difference the Bulletproof Knees program made! I was struggling with knee pain for months, and nothing seemed to help. After just a few weeks of following this program, my knees feel so much better. The exercises are effective, and the instructions are super easy to follow. I even got my friend to try the Squat Mobility Program, and she loves it too. I'm telling everyone about this site! I'm definitely coming back for more programs soon!

Good app for shoulders

I grabbed the Bulletproof Shoulders program a few weeks back. It's been pretty good so far. My shoulders feel a bit better already. The app is easy to use, which is a plus. Definitely a solid program if you're having shoulder issues.

Worth the investment

I was looking for a solution for my nagging back pain and found The PT Initiative. I picked up the Deadlift Back Health Program during a seasonal sale, saving a good chunk. The investment felt worth it because the program offers clear, actionable steps. Compared to what I might pay for in-person sessions, this was a much more budget-friendly option. I was able to access the program right away, which was great. The value for money seems really high for the quality of content you get.

Anyone know if the app lets you download the videos for offline use? I train in a garage with spotty signal.

B Ben F. 1 month ago
Yup, I'm pretty sure you can download them. I remember doing that for a trip once, so you should be good.

Yeah, the app lets you download content. Super handy for when you're somewhere without internet, or just to save data.

do i need any special equipment for these? or can i do most of it with just bodyweight?

D Daisy Vargas 1 month ago
Depends on the program, but a lot of them are pretty minimal. Resistance bands, foam roller, maybe a lacrosse ball are common. Not usually anything super fancy.

S Sarah J. 1 month ago
Some programs can be done mostly bodyweight, but having some basic mobility tools like bands or a foam roller definitely helps and some exercises might require them. They usually list what's needed on the program page.

Are these programs actually legit? Like, is it just generic stuff or is it truly designed by PTs?

I Ivy Lindqvist 1 month ago
From what I understand, yeah, they're designed by licensed PTs. It's not just some random internet guru stuff.

G Greg Brooks 1 month ago
I had similar doubts, but the exercises and progressions felt really well thought out, kinda like what my actual PT gave me, just more structured. Definitely seems legit.

What's their refund policy like for digital programs? Just in case it's not a good fit for me.

J James E. 2 months ago
I think they have a policy, but it's usually within a certain timeframe and if you haven't accessed too much of the content. Better check their site directly for the specifics.

I actually had to refund one program because I bought the wrong one. It was pretty straightforward, just follow the instructions on their FAQ page. Didn't have any issues.

Can I use multiple coupon codes if I'm buying a bundle and also have a first-purchase discount?

D Dan L. 2 months ago
Nah, usually with most online stores, you can only use one code at a time. Bundles already have a discount built in.

J James 2 months ago
Pretty sure they only allow one discount code per order. You'll probably have to pick whichever saves you more.

hey, anyone know if they offer a student discount for these programs? trying to get the bulletproof shoulders one but funds are tight.

S Sam F. 1 month ago
Yeah, I think I saw something about a student discount. Check their main site or sign up for the newsletter, sometimes they announce stuff like that there.

M Mark Romero 1 month ago
They totally do! I used one myself last year for the full body mobility. You usually have to verify your student status, but it's worth it for the savings.

Thinking of grabbing the Bulletproof Knees program. How long does it usually take to actually see results? Don't wanna commit if it's gonna take forever.

P Phil Okafor 2 months ago
It really depends on how consistent you are, but I started feeling a difference with my hips program after like 3-4 weeks. Not pain-free yet, but definitely better.

G Greg Beaumont 2 months ago
For me, with the shoulder program, I noticed some improvement in my range of motion within the first month. Full 'bulletproof' took longer, more like 2-3 months to really feel solid.

How do these programs compare to like, Athlean-X or Squat University? Been following them for a while but my knees are still bugging me.

O Omar Foster 2 months ago
I've tried a bit of Athlean-X and found it more general fitness. The PT Initiative felt much more focused on actual mobility and addressing specific pain points, like my shoulder impingement. More 'therapy' less 'workout'.

R Rachel A. 2 months ago
Squat University is great for, well, squats, but PT Initiative digs deeper into the 'why' behind the pain and offers more structured rehab programs, especially for chronic issues. I liked the step-by-step approach.
